Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery time may vary slightly for international orders based on destination and customs.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders over $40 USD (before taxes and discounts)

  • Orders under $40 will see shipping rates displayed at checkout

  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or local postal partners

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including APO/FPO addresses)

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times and customs fees may vary

Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please email us at hello@namisupplements.com and we’ll help resolve it.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment charges
